Instagram giveaway wheel
Paste one handle per line and spin to pick a winner. It works, with one honest limitation worth knowing first: a wheel on your own screen cannot show anyone else that the list was complete, or that you only spun once.
6 options on the wheel
How to use
- 1.Copy the handles of everyone who entered into the box, one per line.
- 2.Check the count under the box against what you expected — a short list usually means comments were missed while copying.
- 3.Spin, and record or screenshot the result if you are going to post it.
What a wheel can and cannot show
The spin itself is fair: the pick comes from the browser's cryptographic generator. What it cannot do is say anything about the part that happened before the spin. Nobody watching your screen recording knows whether every comment made it into the list, whether a name was deleted, or whether this was the third attempt. For a prize with real value, that gap is where accusations come from.
Copying comments by hand loses entries
Instagram loads comments in pages as you scroll, collapses replies, and hides some behind filters. A post with a few hundred comments is already more than most people copy accurately, and the entries most likely to be missed are the ones furthest down, which is to say the most recent. The loss is silent: a wheel holding 180 of 240 handles looks exactly like a complete one.
When to read the post instead
If you are going to publish the winner, read the post directly. The comment picker counts the participants itself, draws from the full list, applies one entry per account, and produces a public verification page with a code anyone can open — including people who were not watching when you drew. It is free up to 100 comments.
Frequently asked questions
Does this page read my Instagram post?
No. It only shuffles the lines you paste. Reading a post, counting the entries and removing duplicates is what the comment picker does.
Can it remove duplicate entries?
Not here — delete repeated lines before spinning. The comment picker applies one entry per account by default.
Is spinning a wheel allowed for a giveaway?
The draw method is rarely the issue; what you promised publicly is. If you said every comment would be entered, the list you spin has to actually contain every comment.
How do I prove the draw was fair?
Something outside your own screen has to hold the record: the list that was drawn from, when it happened, and the result, at an address anyone can open. A screen recording is not that, because you control it.
Running a giveaway on an Instagram post?
The comment picker reads the post, counts the entries and produces a public verification page with a code anyone can open — things a list pasted by hand cannot prove. Free up to 100 comments.
